| Lai Tai-An Gem laboratory is supervised by a board of members, and directed by Mr. Lai Tai-An. The laboratory, equipped with the modern analytical instruments has an ambition to protect consumers』 rights and to ensure the detection of the authenticity of gemstones and gem treatments on a scientific and reproducible basis.
Having over 20-year experiences of gem stone identification, Lai Tai-An Gem laboratory is now a well-known laboratory with good reputation in Taiwan. |

| Our services include diamond grading, gem identification, and jadeite (type a/b/c) identification.
For diamond grading, we issue the certificate with an international standard grading. Gem identification covers most of the colored stones. We not only identify the variety (or species) of the stone and the treatment, but also clarify its origin (if possible) and quality comments. Jadeite identification is a significant item especially in Chinese market. We provide the classification of jadeite type a/b/c and also describe the details of jadeite variety, such as icy/glassy/old mine...etc. |
